Add a description to an accoPLANNING version / scenario, to assist with adding context to the plans.

We would like to add a feature to accoPLANNING where we can add a description to scenario, so we can add context based on scenario, or changes in a given scenario

The idea of the feature is having a segment of accoPLANNING where it is possible to connect a description.
This is possible through including accoCOMMENT instead, adding the comment on the context of the scenarios. 
Thus deeming this feedback not relevant for now.
